M. Trim’s Legal Consultancy is led by Marika A. Trim, Attorney-at-Law, whose practice spans complex civil disputes, criminal defence, and family law. With more than five years of courtroom and advisory experience, Marika combines meticulous legal research with persuasive advocacy to deliver practical, client-centred solutions.

Meet the Principal Attorney

Marika currently serves at the Solicitor General’s Department, providing strategic advice and representation in high-stakes civil matters. Since 2019, she has also managed her private practice, M. Trim’s Legal Consultancy, where she represents individuals and organisations before the District and High Courts. Clients value her calm command of detail, clear communication, and ability to drive matters forward—whether negotiating a favourable settlement or litigating to verdict.

Her background includes service as Corporate Secretary for the Southern Foundation for Better Health and Legal Advisor at OPUFIN Limited, deepening her expertise in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and contract negotiation. This corporate experience strengthens her approach to commercial and civil litigation, where precision and risk management are essential.
